On-Set Supervision
We also offer on-set supervision services for visual effects in film, television, and commercial productions across Portugal and internationally. With over 20 years of experience, our VFX supervisors collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of visual effects during filming, optimizing shots for a smooth post-production process. By providing creative and cost-effective solutions, we help streamline the entire VFX workflow.
Cash Rebate
Through the Tourism and Cinema Support Fund, Portugal has created one of the most competitive financial incentive systems in Europe – the Pic Portugal – Cash Rebate Incentive, which offers competitive financial incentives for film and audiovisual productions. It applies to domestic and foreign projects with minimum expenditures of €500,000 for fiction or animation projects and €200,000 for documentary or post-production projects. Support rates start at 25% and can increase to 30% based on a cultural test. The program includes two application phases yearly, with a total budget of €14 million for 2024.
Glimpse has successfully used Portugal's Cash Rebate program in the past and continues to be eligible for this valuable incentive.
